Best gym out here in Fresno hands down !! Luis at the front desk was professional nice and approached me and my husband as soon as we walked In great environment great customer service. plus they have a sauna, tanning and massage chairs !!!! Great place to get your work out on !
I don't have any problems with this gym, the bathrooms are clean and the employees don't even bother them, I just go to my session and leave.
I came home for the holidays and needed a place to train. I could not recommend this gym enough.
Every time I went, early in the morning, it was fairly empty (never had to wait for a machine), clean, equipment in working order, and the staff + members were friendly and respectful.
As an example, towards the end of my holidays I forgot my airpod case, called the gym, and someone had turned them in. When I went the next day to ask for them, they were labelled with my name and handed to me.
Really appreciate the staff and encourage others to give this gym a try!

Pretty disappointed with the maintenance and cleanliness of this gym. I was a member of Planet Fitness for several years, but wanted to switch and try out a similarly-priced gym that also had free weights...this was about the only benefit I received. Machines that break stay broken for MONTHS, and the bathrooms are always gross. Also, plates are rarely put away correctly or organized well, and lack of friendliness from desk staff is a bummer. I never felt like I should be there, or that I belonged. Also, music is played WAY too loud. If you want to listen to music that loud, bring your own headphones.
I have been coming to this gym for the past 6 months looking to continue my health and wellness journey. In general I have been extremely satisfied with the staffs overall friendliness and positive culture that this gym has. This locations staff works hard to get to know the individuals who attend the gym and they show a genuine happiness to see you when you arrive. This has been most apparent with the face I see most when I come in every day and that is Nahum. Nahum has an amazingly positive demeanor and puts true care into the gym and it's people. He is always striving to improve the gym and listens attentively when you talk. I know the gym will be clean, organized, and well stocked when Nahum is working. Overall I would highly recommend.
I would say that it's one of the nicest gyms I've been to. The staff are really great and it's usually kept clean. It might be crowded during the peak hours.

Only gym i go to with the choice of outdoor and indoor equipment due to Covid-19. The best thing i love most about this gym is the staff, they are welcoming and friendly and helpful to my questions, comments and concerns. I love the platforms they have here as well! They have the Necessary cleaning supplies here for the members to keep this gym so fresh and so clean!!!!
